In December leaders from across the world will be meeting in Copenhagen to discuss the issues global warming is having on our planet. That is why on October 24, 2009 (O24), organizations around the world will be hosting events in their local area to ...put pressure on the government to take action and get back to 350.. The New/Haven Leon Sister City Project is no exception! We will be hosting our event in New Haven (and in Len, Nicaragua) on October 24th and we want you to be part of it. Come to our meeting on Thursday September 3rd at 7pm at 608 Whitney Avenue to help us brainstorm ideas for O24. There will also be food/snacks. Come join us and bring a friend!
