The Arsenal, home to the Department of Parks & Recreation since 1934, was built in the 1850s to store munitions, and we trust that Feb Club will be the most explosive event in the building's history. Since the building is an office, we will start at 7pm and wrap up at 10pm to allow the dust to settle before morning.
