New York Philomusica's next concert examines the concept of "Resistance to the New by Contemporary Audiences" through a concert and seminar series. The concert juxtaposes works of established composers Beethoven and Bartok with relatively new works by Michael Berkeley and A. Robert Johnson (world premiere of "Pas de deux"). Featuring National Federation of Music Clubs 2005 Young Artist First Prize Duo-Pianist Winners Naomi Sanchez and Stephen Varney. The seminar series is on the preceding three afternoons.
