� The Colorful Road to Happiness By Pamela Hochstetter City Hall, Thurs June 26th, 6:30 8:00pm � Most of us live our days filled to the brim with commitments, responsibilities, appointments - you get the picture.� Building in a sufficient balance of quiet, relaxing, renewing time may be the perfect antidote to stress, burnout and unhappiness. � Pamela Hochstetter, M. Div. will discuss the benefits of creating a Process Art practice.� What is Process Art?� Who should try it?� Do you need to be an artist?� Where can you do it?� These and other questions generated by attendees will be enthusiastically addressed.� � (Warning:� You may find this activity to be habit-forming.) � Pamela Hochstetter is a life-long practicing artist, Process Art facilitator, educator and spiritual guide.� She holds a Master of Divinity degree from YaleDivinitySchool, as well as a Bachelor's, summa cum laude, in art & education.� Her training in Process Art was with Jane Gross, MA, LCSW. � Everyone is welcome; admission is free!
