We'll be taking a student-led walking tour around Yale's campus. Our stops will highlight a smattering of interesting local history from the last 40 years, particularly moments when Yale students did important organizing work in collaboration with New Haven residents and joined with national movements. Topics include the 1970 Black Panther Trial, women's activism at Yale and in New Haven, organizing around the cultural houses, and struggles over New Haven's economic development. RSVP here!
