NO�CLOSED�DOORS

YHHAP'S�CASE�MANAGEMENT AGENCY �

YHHAP's�NoClosedDoors, a�student-run�case-management agency serving low-income New Haveners, is now accepting applications for its team of volunteer�case�managers.�Case�managers will be trained to help clients meet their employment, housing, and other needs.�Be a part of a team that makes a difference in people's lives every day!

No�Closed�Doors�is open Monday to Friday, and�case�managers are expected to serve one to two hours per week during office hours. During office hours,�case�managers handle appointments and walk-ins and work together with clients toward securing employment, housing, benefits, and more, as well as refer clients to other agencies.�

No�Closed�Doors�is respected throughout New Haven and receives referrals from several agencies, including from City Hall. Working at�NCD�is fun and can be extremely rewarding: regardless of outcomes, clients are always grateful for the support they receive from�NCDcase�managers.�


IF YOU ARE INTERESTED -�There will be 2 mandatory training sessions: Part One on Sunday, April 17th, at 11 am (location to be announced) and Part Two on either Tuesday April 19th or Wednesday April 20th at the�NCD�office. New volunteers will also get to come into the office for a shift during the week of April 25th, to observe & work with experienced volunteers.�
